BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Lynda D. Swenson is an executive coach with Executive Coaching Network, Inc. (EXCN). She has over 30 years of diversified experience in the financial services industry. She provides consulting services that include analysis and management of change projects, organizational design, and management coaching and training.

Lynda has worked in all functional areas and lines of business in banks, savings and loans, and other financial institutions. Her experience ranges from de novo, to community, to super regional institutions, and to the Federal Reserve System. She consults and trains in numerous international locations and was also the resident advisor to the Czech Institute of Banking under USAid. Lynda consults with banking organizations in a variety of areas including change management, organizational structure, process reengineering and business issues, and strategy.

Harry Blythe School of Banking at Ohio University retains Lynda as their educational consultant. She is faculty member of the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking, the Colorado Graduate School of Banking, the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking, and the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. She was adjunct faculty for the School of Business at Ohio University, and has also taught at the American Management Association, the University of Texas Banking School, and the SMU Banking School. She was a contributing author to the 3rd edition of the Bankers Handbook.

Lynda received a BA degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1969 and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago in 1973. She is a 1985 graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. In 1997, she became a CFP (certified financial planner).
