BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Theodore (Ted) Ryan is a Senior Executive Coach with Executive Coaching Network, Inc. (EXCN) and has been an organizational consultant for over 30 years to top-tier organizations, focusing on organizational effectiveness and transformation, executive coaching and development, leadership and management development, 360° development and evaluation processes, aligning corporate cultures to strategy and mission, and selection process development.

Ted has extensive experience creating and delivering leadership development programs to executives and managers at leading, multi-national organizations. He is a highly skilled, engaging facilitator. As a coach, Ted helps his clients maximize their own distinctive gifts while furthering the organization’s strategic aims. He helped create and then managed the internal executive coaching process for a leading financial firm. Ted led the creation and installation of several of Wall Street’s then state-of-the-art, firm-wide 360° performance evaluation and development programs. Ted helped several banks build and integrate their commercial and investment banking platforms, while also building and aligning their organizational culture, communication and HR processes.

Ted earned the M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Counseling/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. He studied Religion, Anthropology and Psychology in a Ph.D. program at Princeton U. Ted recently created and taught a university course on “The Ethics of Leadership.” He is a board director of the Episcopal Church Foundation, focusing on education, transformational leadership and board development.
