Executive coaching was a great experience that helped me think about things in a different way. The single most valuable part of it for me was the confidence-building. Executive coaching gave me a foundation for thinking about issues and facts and circumstances; it has gotten me to a place of learning and desire to improve. Executive coaching was a great tool to do introspection in a pragmatic way, not an esoteric, way. I could concretely identify strengths and weaknesses that I could further develop and use in a practical way. Alyssa’s style works particularly well with people who are receptive to coaching and see the value of trying to improve, and who enjoy learning.
