The development plan had clear steps. It was detailed and sometimes prescriptive, which made it easy for the leaders to figure out what they needed to do. Alyssa asks the right questions and provides a counterview in a receptive way.

Alyssa’s executive coaching process allowed me to see how I could implement certain initiatives, and that if I didn’t bring a process, it would never happen. I learned so much about leadership and what to do and how to do it. Alyssa told us what we needed to hear, not necessarily what we wanted to hear. I utilized the processes and procedures Alyssa recommended. I learned how to coach, how to lead, how to be a role-model … with Alyssa, you learn how to get out of your comfort zone; be consistent; manage and lead through other people. My confidence in leading an organization to higher levels increased. I ask better questions, have better insight, and have become even more intuitive. Alyssa is a class act. And another significant point: Alyssa doesn’t compromise her standards or ethics.
There was a great deal
There was a great deal of trepidation from team members prior to each individual meeting, however each person commented that the facilitated one-on-one process was considerably less stressful and almost cleansing with regards to addressing all the issues. I know I learnt a great deal from the process.
