Carlos Marin has vast international, multi-cultural experience as an organizational, management, and leadership development educator and consultant.

Prior to joining the EXCN team, Carlos was vice president of the Human Development Training Institute, a national educational training and publishing company based in San Diego that specializes in educational leadership training and development. He has also served as Dean and Chancellor of National University, San Diego California and founded the National University International Campus in San Jose, Costa Rica, where a fully accredited graduate program in business administration (MBA) is offered in several international business specialties.

Carlos specializes in development and utilization of multi-rater feedback systems to measure and facilitate behavioral improvements in executives, leadership performance coaching, team building, group process facilitation, and training, as well as coaching in multi-cultural organizational environments. He has developed strategic alliances with a carefully selected international network of professionals who provide knowledge and support to his clients in their own countries.

Carlos has facilitated numerous executive development-training programs that have resulted in measured changes in leadership behavior and effectiveness in many recognized organizations around the world.
