Impact of Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching Network® undertook impact research in 2011, 2015 and 2020. The 2020 research was abbreviated due to the pandemic, and we surveyed fewer past clients than we had in 2011 and 2015. The goal of these research rounds was to gauge the long-term impact of executive coaching and to hear what our clients could tell us that would help us further enhance our Strategic Executive Coaching® (SEC) and Strategic Team Coaching® (STC).
We were extremely pleased to learn that:
- Leaders found our rigorous Strategic Executive Coaching® and Strategic Team Coaching® processes to be very effective.
- The impact of the coaching engagement with EXCN continues many years later.
- The leaders we have coached continue to practice what they learned.
- Our coachees continue to find what they learned of value in their roles as executives and in their lives.
- All of the interviewees rated the statement, “My coach’s style was effective for me,” a “5.00,” the highest rating possible, indicating that they “strongly agreed.”
- All ratings were above 4.50 on a 5-point scale.
